St Anthony's is a partner in the North Rockhampton Instrumental Music Program which is supported by Emmaus College. A wide variety of instruments are offered to our students through this program. At present, students are studying: guitar, piano, violin, brass, woodwind, percussion and singing. Lesson are held weekly during the school day at St Anthony's.
Our Curriculum - Instrumental Music
Visiting teachers withdraw children from class for instruction and are responsible for their own fees and fee collection. Children involved in this program are invited to become part of the school ensembles and Emmaus College concert band and orchestra.
Students of Instrumental Music are encouraged to perform as soloists or in groups at various events throughout the year.
